I waited to make this review after purchasing a 2019 BMW X3 from Carlos. I purchased my SUV back in April so it has been roughly 3 months. I wanted to make sure the great service I received when I walked in the door the first time was genuine and consistent and that the car was a quality car. I can verify that Carlos and his team all deserve 10 stars. He was easy to communicate with, very affordable, and just an all around great guy! He stood true to his word on everything since day one with price, plate, warranty, everything! I have never had an easier and comfortable car buying experience before coming here. If you are interested in a good quality used vehicle and don’t want to hassle with all the extra fees and pressure from the big guys don’t hesitate to give the Used Car Factory a chance. I have been searching for several months, between Facebook marketplace and dealers. My boyfriend discovered Used Car Factory LLC, and I am grateful he did. We worked with Carlos, and he was friendly and helpful and made the process go much more smoothly than I expected.I now have a car I am not afraid to drive. And it was within my budget.It's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a used car.
